If you have been around here for awhile, then you will notice the new look that I am playing with. Simple but effective. I am playing with a new template that is going to be a base template. A great place to start if you want to change the look of your website, or you could run it the way it is. Adding background images, colors or any other styling features will be easy enough to achieve for most people. Also took the time to fix all of the links that were not working. The downloads are fixed and ready to go. I will be adding some files in the near future so stay tuned.
New Joomla 1.6 Template

New Joomla 1.6+ Template is available for download. It is called Cd_001_J16 and it is the first 1.6 template to be released by Catawba Designs. There are 4 color styles (Blue, Red, Green and Black) that you can choose, multiple layouts for content and it has adjustable header height so you can use a image rotator. Here are a few screen shots.

Just wanted to leave an update to everyone. I have started working on another Joomla 1.6+ template and it is currently loaded here for you to see. I have lost a lot of traffic to this website for whatever reason but I still work on stuff in the background so do not be discouraged if you see low numbers. I really do not offer much stuff anymore so that maybe part of the reason, free stuff does attract more people but it also comes at a price. I noticed a few developers are offering stuff with ZERO support and they seem pretty popular so maybe that is where things are headed with the Joomla community (Self supported by users). It has been about a year since Agora went commercial and I have not had anything to do with it. It appears to me that they may have lost a lot of users because of the fees (Not really that Expensive) and also the fact that they Still do not have a version for Joomla 1.6+, they are way behind on this one. I hope that they can pull off a save and get a version out there. Since I run version Joomla 1.7.* at this moment I still have to use Kunena for the time being.

The site is 90% back online, the remainder of files will be up shortly and I can start to focus on some new stuff. I had to remove the Guestbook due to daily spam and I do not want to spend 30 minutes a day just to clean it up. I also made everything available for download but you have to register on this site (All Download Stats have been reset). I hate to make users register just to download, post and other tasks but spammers have figured a way around and I have no other choice. It only takes a few minutes and you can get some stuff for free, post messages in the forum if you have problems with any of it.
